About Key Point
Our company was established in 2018 by Simon Le and a group of professionals in architecture, engineering, construction, real estate, and interior design. The focus was to help family and friends achieve their dream homes by remodeling, tearing down and rebuilding, and investing in residential and commercial properties.
Our mission is to engage and ensure all projects we are involved in will be completed in a timely matter. Family, friends, and clients are our priority, and communication is the Key Point to the relationship's success.

Founder · CEO & President · Concept Designer
Simon Le
Simon Le is the Founder of Key Point Corporation, a real estate development company with an in-house architecture firm and licensed general builder that launched in 2018. Mr. Le is also Founder and Chairman of Native Capital Inc, headquartered in Orange County, California.
Simon has over 20 years of experience in banking, lending, taxation, financial services, and insurance — plus ingenuity in architectural design, commercial and residential real estate development, and holds a general contractor license with CSLB.
Simon enjoys golfing, playing music, and vacationing with his family.

Andy Pham
Mr. Pham is a seasoned architect with a dynamic career spanning over four decades, marked by a fervent passion for design and an unwavering commitment to excellence. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Cal State Polytechnic University of Pomona.
His extensive experience spans iconic high rises to intimate residential spaces, each bearing his meticulous attention to detail. His background in film set design imbues his work with a unique sense of theatricality and storytelling.
He joined Key Point Corporation in 2020, focusing on project design and management, overseeing construction development.

Hieu Dang
Over the past 15 years, Hieu has worked on diverse interior design projects spanning residential, commercial, banking, and energy fields including Oil & Gas and solar, as well as serving as a legal advisor in F&B sectors for McDonald's in Vietnam.
Hieu holds an LLM degree in Business Law from the University of Leeds, UK. He brings a unique blend of creative design principles and strategic business acumen — creating functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that resonate with clients' visions.
Hieu is family-oriented, loves travelling with his family, and has a passion for sports and the arts.
