Key point
Our company was established in 2018 by Simon Le and a group of professionals in architecture, engineering, construction, real estate, and interior design. The focus was to help family and friends to achieve their dream homes by remodeling, tearing down and rebuilding, and investing in residential and commercial properties.
Our mission is to engage and ensure all projects we are involved in will be completed in a timely matter. Family, friends, and clients are our priority, and communication is the Key Point to the relationship’s success.

Simon Le
Simon Le is the Founder of Key Point Corporation, a real estate development company with an in-house architecture firm and a licensed general builder that launched in 2018. Mr. Le is also the Founder and Chairman of Native Capital Inc, a full-service commercial broker with a unique niche and vision of focusing exclusively on the business community. The companies are headquartered in Orange County, California.
Simon has a wide range of backgrounds with over 20 years of experience in banking, lending, taxation and immigration, financial services, and insurance. In addition, he’s ingenuity in architectural design, commercial and residential real estate development, and also held a general contractor license with CSLB. He had many successes with JP Morgan Chase bank, Bank of America, and other commercial institutions.
Simon enjoys golfing, playing music, and vacationing with his family.
Mr. Pham earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree at Cal State Polytechnic University of Pomona, California. He has two children and lives with his wife in Vietnam. He joined Key Point Corporation in 2020 with a focus on project design/management and oversees the construction development.

Andy Pham
Mr. Pham is a seasoned architect with a dynamic career spanning over four decades, marked by a fervent passion for design and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Armed with a degree in architecture, Andy has honed his craft across both commercial and residential sectors, leaving an indelible mark on the built environment through his innovative and visionary approach. His extensive experience encompasses a wide array of projects, from iconic high rises to intimate residential spaces, each bearing the hallmark of his meticulous attention to detail and creative flair. Beyond traditional architectural realms, his background in film set design has imbued him with a unique perspective, enriching his work with a sense of theatricality and storytelling. With a career defined by innovation, collaboration, and a relentless pursuit of design excellence, Mr. Pham continues to shape the world around us, one transformative project at a time.
I am passionate about the intersection of interior design and business development. With a strong foundation in both creative design principles and strategic business acumen, I wish to bring a unique blend of skills to the table. To me, building customers’ trust, we have to offer them our hard works, qualities and cares.

Hieu Dang
Over the past 15 years, I have worked on a diverse range of interior design projects spanning residential, commercial, banking, energy fields like Oil & Gas, solar, and legal advisor in F&B sectors for McDonalds in Vietnam. My approach is to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that resonate with clients’ visions while adhering to practical considerations and industry standards.
I also hold a LLM degree in Business Law from University of Leeds, UK, where I honed my skills in spatial planning, color theory, materials selection, and project management.
I am a family-oriented person, I want to spend most of my valuable time travelling with my family. I love everything about sports and arts.
